Attached is the Volunteer Sign Up Sheet for the Trail Dance Film Festival.  The Trail Dance Film Festival will take place January 22-24, 2010 in Duncan, OK and to help in continuing to make it a successful event we need volunteers. 
 
The Volunteer opportunities include:  Volunteer Coordinator, Ticket Taker (which is more like ‘Ticket Scanner’ because of the fancy scanners used to verify and count tickets), Courtesy Vehicle Driver, Tech Assistant, “Floater” AND Paparazzi – the attached file is in EXCEL and at the bottom of the page are tabs for each of the positions.  Click on the tabs to look at an overview of the position and the times when we need people to volunteer.
 
As additional incentive – volunteers will receive the following based on the time they give to the festival:
2 hours – Receive a Weekend Pass (Valued at $35) to get into all of the films and seminars
4 hours – Receive a VIP Pass (Valued at $50) to get into all of the films and seminars, as well as, the reception (Sunday Night) and after party (Saturday Night)
8+ hours – Receive all of the above, plus a t-shirt and special treatment (Priceless) 
 
All volunteers will also receive access to the refreshment room during the times they are working and are invited to attend the “Where The Beer and The Buffalo Foam” reception on Thursday, January 21 at the Chisholm Trail Heritage Center at 7:30pm.
